This will be an opportunity to meet activists from all over Europe (and the world), to analyse the current political context and to create together the alternatives and mobilisation for another world more necessary than ever before!
The European Summer University for Social Movements (ESU) is mainly organized by the European Attac Network in close partnership with many civil society organisations, trade unions, and social movements from all over Europe. In order to work together in understanding the current system and in building another world (through resistance and concrete alternatives building), they wished to open a space for meetings, exchanges, thought and experiments. This is what the ESU is.
While the launching and organisation of the European Summer University for Social Movements is an initiative of the European ATTAC Network, a number of other partners are involved at different levels in the preparation of this event. The richness and success of this meeting will owe a great deal to the involvement of a wide variety of different organisations and to the initiatives that have come from social movements across Europe.
